"Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.” - James 1:12, NKJV
Paraphrase:
We will be rewarded when we go through trials and temptations.
Trials and temptations will come, but it is not from God, God simply allow it to happen, the origin is not from Him.
Temptations originate from our heart, sin cause us to have evil desires and that evil desires will in turn cause us to sin and eventually lead to death.
Lessons to learn:
-Satan will always be ready to tempt us at our weakest moment, we must be ready and steadfast, being deeply rooted in the Word and in Christ, to stand firm against the winds and waves of temptations.
-In order to fight back, we must be firmly equipped which the Word of God and memorize some promises of God.
